Welcome to Our Family Table
Cura Osteria is a Family Owned Northern Italian Eatery
Led by husband and wife team, Chef Garyn Folden & Hospitality Maven Mia Folden. One in the kitchen, while the other is running the dining room.

Garyn and Mia each remain devoted to their crafts, the way it has always been done in places that most inspire them. Cura Osteria is grounded in care, discipline and technique. While Garyn works to preserve the food & tradition in the kitchen, Mia works to refine the experience and bring the community together.
Like many family restaurants, Cura Osteria is a place where their three children are woven into the rhythm. They will grow up alongside the dining room - learning hospitality, watching pasta be made, and realizing the importance of community.
Lynkyn is the future foodie, always tasting new dishes and ingredients to further his palate so he can cook like his dad one day. Ezra is already learning the art of hospitality, with warm greetings and watching the flow of the dining room with curiosity. Little Olyvya will be their future baker, growing up surrounded by flour and sweets. Their presence keeps Cura Osteria warm, alive and rooted in family.
