Welcome to Cura Osteria. Located in Historic Downtown Rogers.
We’re honored you’re here. Our hope is that your time with us feels intentional, warm, and unhurried — the way a good meal should be. These guidelines help us care for every guest with the same attention and respect.
Hours

Bacaro: opens at 3:00 PM

Dining Room: opens at 5:00 PM

Closing time: 9:00 PM daily
Reservations

Reservations are highly recommended for the dining room.

We will gladly accept walk-ins when space allows, but seating is not guaranteed.

Bacaro is walk-in only, first come, first served.
Reservation Times

To honor both your experience and the guests after you:

1 hour 45 minutes — parties of 1–2

2 hours — parties of 3–4
-
2.5 hours — parties of 5–8

Please make any reservation changes at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy

At the time of booking, your card information will be held on file.

A $50 fee will only be charged if:

The reservation is canceled inside 24 hours, or

You do not show for the reservation

There is no fee for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival Policy

If running behind, please notify us via your Toast confirmation text.

We will hold your table for 15 minutes past the reservation time.
-
After 15 minutes, the table may be released to waiting guests.

If released, we will add you to the top of the standby list for the next available table.

We do not offer gluten-free pasta or alter dishes beyond their integrity.
Wine & Beverages

No outside beverages are permitted — including wine.

Because of this, there is no corkage fee.

Our wine list is curated with intention and reverence for Northern Italian tradition.

Special Occasions

No outside food or desserts, please.

If you’re celebrating, let us know ahead of time and we will gladly prepare a special dessert.
Parking

We are located in downtown Rogers.

Street and public lot parking are available nearby.
House Standards (Non-Negotiable)

No smoking near the front or back entrance.

Respect for our staff is non-negotiable. Disrespect, harassment, or abusive behavior will result in removal.

We pace our service intentionally. We never want to “slam” the kitchen or rush a guest’s meal. There may be moments of waiting — this protects the integrity of our food, our staff, and your experience.

Reservation times matter, but we refuse to diminish the quality of our food by rushing it. We ask for patience, especially when the restaurant is noticeably busy.

Our menu is handmade daily, seasonal, and rotates often. Certain dishes may sell out.

A 20% gratuity is added to parties of six or more. Adjustments may be discussed with your Captain or the manager.

No outside food or drinks. (yes we said it twice!)
