Dining With Us

Cura Osteria is a neighborhood restaurant in downtown Rogers, rooted in the cooking traditions of Northern Italy.

Come for a bowl of handmade pasta, share a few dishes with friends, or settle in for a full meal. There is no required number of courses and no dress code. Families, solo diners, and walk-ins are welcome.

  • Dinner: Wednesday - Saturday 5-9pm

  • Saturday Lunch: 11am-2pm

  • The Bar: Wednesday - Friday 4:30-9pm, Saturday 11am-2pm and 5-9pm

  • Street parking and public parking lots are available nearby.

Reservations & Walk-Ins

  • Reservations are encouraged, particularly on Friday and Saturday evenings, but you are welcome to stop in without one.

  • We seat walk-in guests as space allows, and bar seating is first come, first served.

  • For parties of eight or more, please contact events.curadtr@gmail.com so we can help arrange your visit.

Ordering at Cura

  • Our menu follows the traditional Italian progression: antipasti to begin, primi such as pasta, secondi such as meat or fish, and dolci to finish.

  • These sections help you navigate the menu; you do not need to order from each one. Choose a single dish, share across the table, or enjoy several courses. If you are unfamiliar with a dish, ask us. We are happy to explain it and help you put together a meal.

  • Our menu changes with the seasons and what we are preparing in the kitchen. Some dishes are available in limited quantities and may sell out.

Timing Your Visit

  • Our usual reservation windows are:
    Parties of 1–2: 1 hour and 15 minutes
    Parties of 3–4: 1 hour and 30 minutes
    Parties of 5–7: 2 hours

  • If you are planning a longer meal or have somewhere to be afterward, let us know when booking. We can help you choose a suitable reservation time.

Changes, Cancellations & Late Arrivals

  • A credit card is required to secure your reservation. A $50 cancellation fee applies to reservations canceled within 24 hours or missed without notice. Cancellations made more than 24 hours ahead are free of charge.

  • Please make reservation changes at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.

  • If you are running late, contact us through your Toast confirmation text or call (479) 340-0981. We hold tables for 15 minutes; after that, your table may be offered to waiting guests. If this happens, we will give you priority for the next available table.

Families & Children

  • Children are welcome at Cura.

  • Please include every child in your party count and let us know if you need a high chair. Space is limited, so advance notice helps us prepare a comfortable table for your family.

  • We may ask you to fold or move a stroller to keep walkways clear.

Allergies & Dietary Needs

  • Please tell us about allergies or dietary restrictions when booking and remind your server when you arrive.

  • We will explain ingredients, discuss available options, and let you know which requests our kitchen can accommodate. Some dishes allow adjustments; others depend on ingredients or preparations that cannot be changed.

  • We do not currently offer gluten-free pasta.

Wine & Beverages

  • Our beverage menu includes Italian wines, cocktails, spritzes, and nonalcoholic options. Whether you want a glass with your pasta or a bottle for the table, we are happy to help you choose.

  • Outside beverages, including wine, are not permitted.

Celebrations

  • If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or another occasion, tell us when booking. Contact us ahead of your visit if you would like to arrange a special dessert.

  • Please leave outside food, cakes, and desserts at home.

Larger Parties & Private Events

  • For groups of eight or more and private-event inquiries, email events.curadtr@gmail.com.

  • Tell us your preferred date, estimated guest count, and what you have in mind. We will discuss availability and the arrangements that best suit your gathering.

Gratuity & Gift Cards

  • A 20% gratuity is added to parties of six or more. Please speak with your server or the manager if you have questions or would like to discuss an adjustment.

  • One gift card may be redeemed per table, per visit.

A Shared Welcome

  • Please treat our team and fellow guests with courtesy. Harassment or abusive behavior will result in guests being asked to leave.

  • Please keep both entrances free of smoke.
